Prices and
conditions
- The indicate prices are per week and it refers to he
whole capacity of the house including the usufruct of
bed clothing, bath, energy, water and bikes;
- For the book was considered valuable the lessee should
transfer 50% of the money to a bank account indicated by
the proprietor, in eight days time. The other 50% will
be charged on keys delivery occasion.
- In the reserve order should be indicated the name,
address, phone number, the number of days intended and
also the persons number.
- If the lessee gives up after the reserve payment he
has no right to a reimbursement.
- If anything hindrances the owner to rent the house
after an official reserve the amount is reimbursed
immediately.
- The house is delivered to the lessee in a proper
hygienic and tidy condition so it must be in the same
way when the renter leaves.
- If extra cleaning is needed it is possible to hire an
external service
- Rental superior to one week the owner provides the bed
and bath clothing exchange once a week.
- Damages taken place during the stay are the renters
responsibility.
- Normally the entry is at 16 hours and departure is
done until 10 o'clock, however it is possible to
reschedule but with previously arrangement with
proprietaries.
- Lessee will be given a warm welcome and will be handed
the keys by the owners in the house.
- Proprietaries live nearby, being always available for
any contact, to any eventuality.
